Learn more about Maryland’s Early Childhood Intervention and Education System of Services for children Birth through age five. Maryland has received grant funding that will allow families who have children in early intervention that are also determined eligible for preschool special education to chose which service best meets their needs. For public review please check out the revised version of the Policies and Procedures document.
